Every bottle we sell is original. We buy from the houses themselves or from their authorised distributors in Indonesia — never from grey-market resellers, and we never decant or refill bottles.
How you can check
- Batch code and expiry date are printed on the box and on the bottle; they match.
- The box arrives sealed in cellophane; vials are filled and labelled by the house or its distributor.
- Product photos follow our imagery standard — see Product imagery for which images are photographs and which are studio renders.
If you have a doubt
Email care@fragstore.id with your order number and photos of the box, batch code and bottle. We answer within 3 × 24 hours and, if anything is wrong, take the bottle back and refund you in full.
Our wording
“100% original — sourced from authorised channels” appears on every product page. We only call ourselves an authorised retailer of a house when we have that agreement in writing.
