Every order ships from our warehouse in Jakarta. We pack within 1–2 working days of your payment and email you the tracking number (AWB) when it leaves.

Days are counted from the day we hand your parcel to the courier. Outside Java it can take 1–3 days longer. We ship within Indonesia only.
Exchanges
- Unopened bottles in their sealed box can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery — email care@fragstore.id with your order number.
- Opened bottles can’t be exchanged, which is why every scent also comes as a 2 ml vial: try it first.
- Vials, free samples and gift wrap can’t be exchanged.
Damaged or wrong parcel
Send us a photo of the parcel and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at our cost, or refund it if the product is no longer available.
Refunds
- Card, e-wallet and QRIS payments go back to the same card or wallet through Xendit, usually within 3–14 days depending on your bank or wallet.
- Virtual-account payments are paid back by bank transfer: we ask for your account details by email and transfer within 7 working days.

Botol yang masih tersegel bisa ditukar dalam 5 hari; botol yang sudah dibuka tidak bisa. Paket rusak: kirim foto dalam 48 jam. Refund kembali ke metode pembayaran Anda; pembayaran VA dikembalikan lewat transfer bank.
